Biographical & Contact Information
I am from Kalpakkam, India. I did my Bachelor's degree in Industrial Biotechnology at Anna University, Chennai, India. I have also worked with Dr. B. Jayaram from IIT-Delhi, India during my undergraduate. I joined the Biophysics, Structural and Computational Biology program at UTMB in 2006. I have great interest in computer programming and am an avid supporter of open source and UNIX.
Research Interests
Currently my interests are analyzing structure, kinetics and dynamics of HOXD9 homeodomain-DNA interactions using NMR spectroscopy. I am also characterizing the redox properties of HMGB1 protein.
